Poor Customer Service
I've been visiting these guys for a number of years up until today when calling to arrange some work on my car the person I spoke to was short to & point of being rude & completely unhelpful. Result was him refusing to undertake the work & hanging up the phone. Never received such poor service from anyone before & with me as an existing customer I'm sure I will not be using them again.

Poor Customer Service

It resulting in him refusing to undertake the work and basically hanging up the phone. Never really received this kind of poor service from anyone before and with me being an existing customer I can now be sure I will not be using them ever again.
