We are the only approved Unipart Car Care Centre in the Pontypridd area and we are members of The Good Garage Scheme, sponsored by Forté.

Superb Service

This Garage was highly recommended to me by a friend. Luckily (and thankfully) I took her advice. The car they collected was not the car that they brought back - it's never performed as well as it now does. They undertook an MOT with full service for me - they kept me fully informed about the work required, their paperwork is highly detailed and everything fully costed and itemised and all products of the highest standard. I've always gone to the dealer who I purchased the car from and now feel slightly aggrieved as their standards fell way short of the Customer Service that DMS have provided today. A very friendly approachable company who I will be recommending to all my friends. I consider this to be very important with recent negative press reports about garages taking advantage of customers. I know that I can get into my car and drive it with confidence as I've dealt with a very professional well run company who delivered on every level.
