VERY RUDE seller! I was asking for a refund of handbag less than 1 hour after I bought it because I found the item not of satisfactory quality. Before I know it, the seller was already shouting that I DO NOT HAVE RIGHTS! AND THAT I CANNOT HAVE A REFUND !! Just like you I have bought items before which I'd found out later were not up to my standard but I have always been able to claim refunds. I have not seen so much disrespect from a seller in my entire life! And to think this store is located along the main shopping street in the capital of Wales! This shop boasts of a 75% discount on their Italian leather goods. In my opinion their products don't look like they are Italian , and the item I bought surely doesn't look like it is real leather either. I would NOT RECOMMEND this shop to anyone. very dodgy!!
