Friendly student service
I believe this was set up by former students and as a result they are welcoming and friendly. It is an obvious marketing strategy - they give you sweets, lollipops and lots of tea and coffee. This will win most students around! However, the service is very good. They will drive you around to numerous proprties and are patient and helpful if you can't decide which property to go for. They don't make you feel rushed or pressured. One bad point - they charge you for LOTS of little things, so make sure the property is spotless when you leave. I was charged for "dusty skirtingboards".
