• Luxury service!

  When I went there for a luxury evening for a birthday treat, I was mildly surprised by the friendliness of the place! The doorman was exceptionally friendly, and the waiters in the restaurant were very charming. The food quality was outstanding with amazing presentation skills, and the price was considerably low for 5*! The bedrooms overlook the beautiful Cardiff Castle (if you're lucky enough!), and the sunset is a lovely sight to see. The rooms have king size beds, spacial washing facilities and fluffy robes which is an added bonus! If I could afford to regularly stay there, I would!

• Great location

  If you're travelling to Cardiff the Hilton is the only choice. Location is absolutely perfect! The Castle is across the street, and if you're as lucky as I am you can see it from your room! National Museum is across the street, shopping district directly behind the hotel, walking distance to almost everything...and what you can't walk to..the bus runs directly in front of the hotel.Service was spectacular! For a large hotel the personal service was impressive, from the doorman in the top hat, to the front desk staff, restaurant staff... everyone was fantastic. Rooms were large and spacious and fully equipped with everything you need.This TripAdvisor Member:
