  If you live within the boundaries of a conservation area dont let Gallery do a thing until you see evidence that their plans are approved. we made the mistake of trusting them and now several years later we have a court order telling us to remove windows Gallery told us were fine and have a conversion that is not usable for the purpose it was or intended or we paid for.   Very impressive , high quality conversions at a very surprisingly reasonable price. Very proffesionial with no headache. A one-stop, all in-house. Saves all the stress. I'm very pleased and would recommend them, if you have a loft, get Gallery to convert it.
