I have had Reflexology and Aromatherapy Massage from Alexandra Smith Therapies for stress and relaxation and I found both of the treatment to be highly effective in relieving the systoms of stress. Alexandra Smith has a very professional attitude to her services and I would recommend them to anyone.

Feedback

I found the therapist to be very thorough and professional. I was given a full consultation before starting the treatment and recommendations for aftercare. The therapist discussed the types of oils that were going to be used for my massage and the blend was lovely. I shall definitely be going back!
