lack of communication and broken promises - stay well clear

I am massively dissapointed with the lack of customer service and the amount of time wasted with this company. In fact never before have I been so compelled to write a review, until today. I have called time and time again for an update to a request I have made almost a year ago now. Every time I am advised to call back in the afternoon, or call back tomorrow, and every time I am offered a different excuse. I refuse to give up - but I will now be looking for someone else to work with, I cannot afford to be in the same situation next year for next year's festivals. If you have something standard you need help with, like a tent repair, then by all means please give them a go, they are friendly, however if you need something slightly custom, or even something competely custom, please do not waste time here unless you have no other options, or seriously consider your other options first... A total waste of time in my experience and such a shame.
