Order not received
Placed my order for next day delivery before 3pm which cost £10.99 on top of my order, nothing received. Can't get through to them by telephone constantly engaged, tried emailing them and they just keep emailing me back my order confirmation with no explanation. An extremely bad way to run a business and being Welsh I'm embarassed that it is a Welsh business being run this way. Don't e4ven know if I will get my money back!!
