    I used this Specsavers 2 years ago, and they were impersonal and could not deliver within a week of when they had promised. I decided to give them one more chance - and they have changed drastically (a new manager?). They are friendly, gentle, and have delivered. They are back on my list. Just be careful about the "special offers" - as always the cost of glasses is always more than you expect it to be.
