    I have been to this Guest house many times. rooms sometimes cold, electrics do not always work,beds some comfortable some not. The place is clean and you get a good breakfast sometimes served by Mrs Reece who is a stunner. The price has gone from £25 to £30 for a single but i think it is still only worth £25. better price would be £28 I think the price has gone up because they have just purchased another guest house. Pub is close by on opposite side of road that serves good value evening meals and has sky sport on various large tv's Parking is quite easy in the side streets. within walking distance of the stadium.
