About Us

We are independant. Our business was formed by and utilises ex-utility industry engineers and managers. UPL have a national metering force accredited by all the electricity companies to install and change billing and settlements meters. Our aim is always to pay for ourselves by saving our clients sums far in excess of our fees.

UPL provide independant advice on utility and energy for businesses. Our services range from advice on connections/diversions of power, gas, water and telecoms, metering, contracts for gas and electricity, utility bill validation, energy effciency advice and environmental reporting. We also provide a bespoke smart metering service and can help establish aM&T (automatic monitoring & targeting) systems for your energy.

UPL represents client interests on the OFGEM competition in connections customer group. UPL are members of ESTA (Energy Services & Technology Association) UPL are accredited by UVDB (Utility Vendor Database) ISO9001:2000 QA Accredited
