missed appointment charges
due to unforseen circumstances I was unable on 2 occassions to meet the appointment.....My reasons were exceptional never the less they charged me (the grandmother) £150. to complete the treatment on a 14year old... I accepted the responsibility myself but feel the charge unwarranted.
